It took up a significant chunk of my childhood. Sorry for the tiny screenshots. Pixels weren't as plentiful back then (1996).

Old games? What a coincidence, look who just managed to get a 20th Anniversary Box Set of the SEGA Outrun soundtracks...

We had giant 30 inch floor standing TVs that didn't go any higher than an effective 320x240 back then.
How did we even live?

Wow This game, I knew we'd meet again. It was the first "high graphics" game we bought on our family's first high graphics PC and would later reveal unto us the glorys of PC gaming, mostly starting with Command & Conquer.
But Whiplash...I played the shit out of it in Dad's home office. I remember the graphics being at least a little better. Interstate 76 would be the game that shaped the rest of my life.

I missed this thread - we first got a demo of it on a magazine disc from '96(?) (this was in '99 or thereabouts) and bought the full game some time later. One of my family members has actually been tinkering with it a lot within the past few months. Great game.
